Alice moved to Aspen, Colorado from Oregon in 1973 and fell in love with the sunshine, the skiing, and the relaxed atmosphere of Colorado. After working the miscellaneous jobs of cleaning rooms, bagging groceries, and nanny jobs, she studied at Colorado State University, came back to Aspen and settled into making property management and real estate her career. She got her real estate licence in 1979 and managed 3 condominium complexes with over 70 units. She met her husband, Larry, up skiing and after taking some time off raising 3 children and doing all the bookkeeping for her husband's construction company, she returned to real estate. They moved to Ouray in 1994 and found the mountain town they still love and call home. Alice owned Ouray Realty and Investments for over 10 years, then sold it so she could travel a bit more with her husband and help out some of the non-profits in the community. She continues to sell real estate with Ouray Realty as she loves to work with people. As a homeowner, residential and commercial rental owner, and business owner, she has the knowledge, background and experience to help find Buyers the property that will work best for them and help Sellers price, market and sell their property in today's hard economic times. Having lived in Colorado in the mid-70’s, Bill returned to join the ORI team in 2003. His background includes graduate training in wildlife biology and work experiences in the Southeast as co-founder/owner of a commercial river-rafting company, classroom and outdoor education instructor and non-profit director for both a youth corps program and a conservation land trust. Bill has remained close to family and friends in Colorado over the years and has especially enjoyed returning as a full-time resident of Ouray County.
A few years, he opened up the Ridgway Mountain Management and Real Estate office in Ridgway. Last year he returned to the Ouray office as the two businesses combined forces. He not only sells real estate all over Ouray County, but continues to manage all long term rentals in the county too. With his dog, Bernie, he enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing and kayaking down wild rivers. He looks forward to introducing you to this spectacular part of the Rocky Mountain West.

After moving to Ouray in June of 2006, Deb immediately became involved with the community and volunteers as an EMT and a driver for Ouray County Emergency Services.. She loves hiking, rock and ice climbing, mountain biking, riding and showing horses, and spending time with her daughters, Wendy and Avery, and husband, Chris. Deb started working with Ouray Realty and Rentals in 2006, then expanded over to Telluride as property manager of Telluride Mountain Management. Being an out-going, exuberant and competent person, she also started managing the properties for Ridgway Mountain Management. This year she is basing all the reservations out of the Ouray office and is excited to be meeting all the guests that she has been booking reservations for and owners whos property she has been taking care of.
