We have six other River Park Townhomes available for rent, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units, so this is a great location to stay for large families or groups. Peak Season (6/15-8/15): $1300 per wk / $230 per nt (4 nt min) 4th of July (6/28-7/5/08): $1400 wk only Christmas/New Year's (12/23-1/5): $1400 wk only Off Season: $1200 per wk / $215 per nt (4 nt min)
