Description: This condo is amazing! Inside you feel like you have stepped back into the old west but with a modern flair. The patio is built around an old mining mill building that provides an exciting back drop to a breathtaking view. The unit has contemporary, colorful furnishings, oak trim, and a deck in the front. Across the street is the new trail along the Uncompahgre River complete with bridges, benches, picnic tables, trees, and of course the river itself - a great loop to walk! The main floor has all the amenities you need - a nice comfy bedroom, a full bath with a tub, a cozy dining room and living room, TV/Satellite, DVD and VCR. The sleeping loft doubles as another living room with a TV/VCR, a futon, a murphy bed, and a bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a full bath.
