Caretaker's Cabin
Description: This newly built, 1-bedroom cabin in the woods is the perfect place for bird watching, quiet time with a good book, enjoying the wildlife as they pass by, or just sitting and listening to the sounds of the river. The bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional couple or children. With a fully-equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill, you can enjoy either inside or outside dining. Sleeps 4: 1 queen bed Sleeper sofa This is a non-smoking property. Double occpancy preferred, but call for more details. Small dog welcome with pet fee if kept leashed at all times when outside. Please -- no ATVs or other 4WD recreational vehicles in this peaceful retreat area. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rates listed do not include taxes/fees. Available 6/15-12/1: $1300 per week / $190 per nt (3 night minimum) 4th of July: $1500 (7 night minimum) Special Late Summer, Early Fall 10% Discount: $1170 per wk / $171 per nt (3 nt minimum)
